Quiz has right answers

FAST fashion firm Quiz has brushed off concerns surrounding Debenhams, with its store concessions unaffected by the collapse.

Quiz is set to post a 12pc rise in full-year sales to £130.9m driven by a boom in online shopping. Profits of £45m are expected for the year to March 31.

It comes after a challenging year for the womenswear chain which has issued two profit warnings and was forced to write off £400,000 after the demise of House of Fraser.

Shares rose 19.8pc to 20.9p, but are well below last year’s high of 201.5p.

A quarter of Quiz’s sales come from 119 Debenhams stores and its website.
