THREE STEPS TO DELICIOUS
Yummy recipes from just 3 ingredients. This week:
1 x 397g TIN OF CONDENSED MILK 3 tbsp COCOA POWDER 20g UNSALTED BUTTER
FUDGE BITES MAKES 24
1. Line a small square baking tray (approx 18-20cm) with tin foil, making sure you press it neatly down into the edges to give sharp corners.
2. Put all the ingredients into a saucepan over a medium heat. Keep heating, stirring constantly, for around 10 minutes. You may need a whisk to get rid of any lumps of cocoa powder. The mixture should start bubbling and thickening; you’ll know it’s ready when you can draw a line through the base of the pan and it takes a few seconds to flow back together.
3. Tip it into the prepared baking tray. Transfer to the fridge for at least an hour until the mixture is set.
4. Using a sharp, damp knife, cut it into squares and place each in a petit four case. The bites are best refrigerated and will keep for a week.
