Battle buses at dawn! Lib Dems target Raab

THE Lib Dems claimed yesterday they could unseat Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab.

A Survation poll for the party gives it 36 per cent of the vote share in Esher and Walton (up 19 points) just nine points behind the Tories on 45 per cent (down 14 points), knocking Labour in third place at 11 per cent (down nine points). Brexiteer Mr Raab has a majority of 23,298 votes. But 58 per cent of the constituency voted Remain in 2016.

Yesterday, Lib Dem leader Jo Swinson visited Monica Harding, her candidate in the Surrey constituency, showing off the battle bus on which she will tour the country for the next five weeks.
