MADONNA is being sued by a fan because she starts her shows so late in the evening.

The Queen of Pop, 61, has angered concertgoers by sometimes not appearing on stage until midnight.

Ticket-buyer Nate Hollander is suing for breach of contract after she pushed back the start time for an upcoming Madame X concert in Florida by two hours.

He spent nearly £800 on three seats for the December 17 show at the Fillmore Miami Beach, due to begin at 8.30pm. On October 23 the start time was moved to 10.30pm.

Mr Hollander no longer wants to go and says he cannot resell the tickets because the change has slashed their value. He says: ‘Ticketholders [have] to work and go to school the next day.’

Other fans have been complaining on social media about the late starts. However, Madonna told an audience in Las Vegas last week: ‘A queen is never late.’
