Model life’s not all roses for wannabe TV star Rosie

VOGUE cover girl Rosie Tapner is not satisfied with looking pretty in the pages of fashion magazines — now, the 24-year-old daughter of Rory Tapner, former boss of the Queen’s banker Coutts, wants to take over our TV screens.

‘I got my degree in digital media production from Oxford Brookes University,’ Rosie (pictured) tells me. ‘Now, I’m getting into presenting. I still model, but I’m trying to make the transition.

‘My dream is to be a Blue Peter presenter. I want to be the next Cat Deeley.’

The former Downe House pupil adds: ‘There is a lot of pressure in modelling. It can shock people, but if you don’t take it too seriously, then it’s fine.’
