The Man In The High Castle, Amazon Prime

THE final season of this series based on Philip K. Dick’s book set in a world where the Nazis won the war — and split the U.S. with the Japanese. The tension between those empires is to the fore in the opening episode, as is an alternate world in which Nazi John Smith (Rufus Sewell, pictured) is a very different person. This is still too slow for its own good, but the concept and production values give it legs.
