Pension discrimination

Scottish Daily Mail - - Freeview Primetime Planner -

there has been a lot of publicity given to the WASPI (Women Against State Pension Inequality) group and their fight to get what they believe is their rightful pension.

Nothing is ever mentioned about the change in state pensions in April 2016, when the new pension was introduced. It left existing pensioners £40 per week worse off than people who claimed after that date.

the current pension rate is £129.20 for people who claimed before April 2016 and £168.60 for people who claimed after that date. Surely this is

age discrimination. Will we also be compensated by the Labour government? We should be given equal rights.
