He’s ea­ger to taste Banyuls, a red dessert wine unique to the Pyre­nees re­gion bor­der­ing Cat­alo­nia. Snails, sausages and aioli are also on the menu, be­fore Rick ex­plores the artis­tic her­itage of Col­lioure, the ‘pearl of the Vermilion Coast’.
