RYANAIR (ryanair.com) plans to resume 40 per cent of flights by July 1 if restrictions are lifted. It will ask passengers to carry less luggage, check in online, use electronic boarding passes, check their temperature before leaving home and wear face masks. One-way fares to Europe start at £14.99 to Krakow, £28.99 to Vilnius and £29.99 to Barcelona — though passengers arriving in Spain from May 15 must quarantine for two weeks.
