RICK’S CAFE NEGRIL, JAMAICA

Katie McAlister, Chief Marketing Officer of TUI UK Sunset at Rick’s Café, with a rum punch and some reggae, is the perfect way to end a day in Jamaica. The café is built into a cliff face around a gorgeous, clear sea pool. It has a number of diving platforms. You can watch locals leaping from the cliffs – or, if you’re brave, you could have a go yourself.

SWIMMING WITH TURTLES BARBADOS

Kathy McLeman, Marketing Manager at DialAFlight Barbados always gets my vote in the Caribbean, as I have so many memories of great holidays there. The whole island has such a laid-back feel to it, the people are amazingly friendly, the food is beyond delicious, and there is reggae everywhere. And let’s not forget the best experience ever – swimming with turtles!
