Back to winter chill

THERE are complaints that the only winter coats on sale have open necks (Letters). The problem I have is at the other end of the garment.

All I can find in the shops and catalogues are what I call ‘bum freezers’!

Where can I find a coat of a decent length that will keep my kidneys and thighs nice and warm?
