WARM, snappy U.S. drama in which 15-year-old Ginny (Antonia Gentry, pictured with Diesel La Torraca and Brianne Howey) is frustrated by her 30-year-old mother’s immaturity. The results of mum’s inability to deal with anything are both comic and tragic across this ten-episode first season.

‘IF YOU’RE going to find a body in your garden, better that it’s medieval.’ Hugh Dennis and the team are in Masham in Yorkshire, persuading locals to let them dig up their gardens in the name of history. There’s plenty of it to find, too, what with that early medieval graveyard under the town.
