ON MAY 26 Wizz Air will launch twiceweekly flights from Doncaster Sheffield to Bourgas, the gateway to Bulgaria’s Black Sea resorts, with fares from £27.99 one way. Keep costs down by heading to Sunny Beach, which for three consecutive years has been declared the cheapest of 42 European holiday destinations surveyed by the Post Office. FREE BUSINESS UPGRADE
SCENIC is offering a complimentary business-class flight upgrade for selected cruises to Antarctica in 2022. The offer is for one way only, flying to or from Buenos Aires with British Airways. Book by March 31 (scenic.co.uk).
MORE GREECE FLIGHTS
DEMAND for summer holidays in Greece is so strong Jet2.com is adding extra flights to Zante, Rhodes, Kefalonia and Heraklion in Crete. Schedules are also being extended with flights to the last of these available until November 9. Departure airports include Stansted, Birmingham, East Midlands and Glasgow (jet2.com).
NO TOUCH FLIGHTS
PASSENGERS flying with Qatar Airways will soon be able to pair their personal devices with the seat-back entertainment system, a measure that avoids the need to touch the screen and so minimises the risk of contracting Covid-19. The technology will be available on the carrier’s A350 fleet (qatarairways.com).
