CRYSTAL CHAKRA BATHS
ONCE a week, I have a long bath with LLIO Rose Quartz Bath and Body Crystoil (£45, llio.love). It is charged with crystals that promote self-love. FLEXIBILITY WORKOUTS
I USED to do aqua aerobics classes — I’d go in feeling stiff and achy, and leave feeling fantastic. Now, with pools shut, I rely on my Pilates Power Gym Pro at home (£499, pilatespowergympro.com). It uses pulleys and weights to work out arms, core and legs. I take a daily one-hour walk to boost my mood.
NEW LOCKDOWN DIET
BEFORE the pandemic, I’d never been on a diet. But, by the end of last summer, my trousers felt much tighter. So, I went on a diet before Christmas. I cut out desserts and cakes, and instead ate a lot of Mediterranean food, such as grilled aubergine and hummus. I am now back to my normal size ten and feel much happier.
BOOST YOUR ROOTS
I HAVE very fine hair, and it’s got worse with age. But I keep it long, and it isn’t grey yet. I use Living Proof Full Shampoo and Conditioner (£23 each, lookfantastic.com). It’s silicone free, helps remove product build-up and adds body. Then I apply the Root Lift Spray (£24) to wet hair and blow dry.
RADIOFREQUENCY FACIAL
EACH month, I get a Radiofrequency Skin Tightening Treatment (from £40, starwaxstudio.com). They apply an ultraviolet light mask to my face, to lift and rejuvenate. This is followed by tongs, charged with microcurrent, to tone my jaw.
