FROZEN YOGHURT BITES MAKES 15
1. CLEAN and dry a silicone ice cube tray (a hard plastic one won’t work with this recipe).
2. Spoon a layer of granola into each hole of the tray. Top with yoghurt, filling each hole almost to the top. Finally, add a few pieces of frozen fruit. You may need to chop larger pieces — such as strawberries, blackberries and mango — in half, but raspberries, cherries and blueberries are fine whole.
3. Freeze for 2-3 hours until solid.
4. Remove from freezer for 20 minutes before popping each bite out of the tray. Eat frozen. You can store them in the ice cube tray or keep frozen in an airtight container for a month.
