The pair met in April 2019 at the Coachella music festival in California, but didn’t start dating until the following October.

When it was time to go public, Brooklyn and Nicola announced their relationship on Instagram with a string of photographs that showed them half-naked in a messy hotel room with bed sheets in disarray, followed by a ‘morning after’ snap of them dressed in sweatshirts and looking exhausted.

The message was clear — they’d been up all night . . . and they weren’t playing Scrabble.
