The same research found that lips considered the most appealing are between 4-5cm long and 1-2cm deep, with the lower lip approximately twice the size of the upper lip. As such, it’s no surprise that Hollywood star Angelina Jolie’s luscious lips are so widely admired. With a face width of approximately 17cm and lips that stretch 8.75cm from end to end, they make up 51 per cent of her face.
