At 23, Emma is youngest at Holyrood

EMMA Roddick, who will represent the Highlands & Islands for the SNP, is the youngest MSP.

The 23-year-old has lived and worked in the area and served on Highland Council. Before entering politics, Miss Roddick studied International Relations at the Open University. She has a masters in politics from the University of Edinburgh.

A volunteer at crisis centre Hive and a Scottish Ambulance Service scheduled care coordinator, Miss Roddick has spoken about suffering borderline personality disorder and is passionate about increasing disabled representation.
