IT’S fair to compare this HBO crime drama with the BBC’s Happy Valley, and that’s high praise. Tonight, the suspended Mare (Kate Winslet) calls a family meeting. Her family are in shock — she’s never done this before — and a great scene ensues, setting a standard that doesn’t drop.
