Division and grievance

EVEN before last week’s election results, we knew we lived in a divided country.

Wise politicians would try to bridge such gaps, heal such divisions, be a force for unity.

Instead, we got Sturgeon’s Saturday night speech in which she put party before country, demonised the opposition and stoked up division and grievance. She is not fit to be leader of Scotland.
