(Goodwood, 3.40), who has everything in place to run a massive race in the Unibet Stewards’ Cup. it all has to fall right in these cavalrycharge handicap sprints, including being handed a massive portion of luck in running. But the chance of the speedster trained by Michael Dods (below) is excellent. James Fanshawetrained Fresh, who was caught on the line by Rohaan in the Wokingham Stakes at Royal Ascot last month, is at the head of the betting, and there has been plenty of market support for William Haggastrained Hurricane ivor. The gelding deadheated at Sandown two runs ago and definitely did not enjoy the luck of the draw earlier this month when starting away from the main action and beaten a short head by Significantly. Another for the shortlist is Desert Safari, who was third to Lord Riddiford in a handicap at this meeting earlier in the week.
