THE Terrible Twins can get back to causing mischief! Terry Williams, a commercial law consultant from Hertfordshire, was looking for his friend Tim Clements. They lived across the street from each other in Harefield, Middlesex, in the 1950s and 1960s and went to Harefield Infants and Junior School. The boys were nicknamed the Terrible Twins because of the scrapes they got into. ‘Russell Grant, the astrologer, went to our school,’ says Terry. ‘Tim and Russell sang in the choir of St Mary’s Church. ‘I was best man at Tim’s wedding to Freda in the 1980s. He worked in IT for British
Airways at Heathrow. It’s been years since I’ve spoken to him and I’d love to catch up.’ A relative showed Tim the column and the duo are back in contact. ‘I last saw Terry 32 years ago when he visited me in Hillingdon, West London,’ he says. ‘The following year, Freda and I moved to Bracknell, Berkshire. ‘I’ve never been one for social media, which may be why Terry couldn’t find me.’ Terry adds: ‘I’ve just had a long catch-up conversation with Tim and we plan to meet up soon.’
