EMMA’S HOME BUT NOW SHE’S HUNGRY FOR MORE

EMMA RADUCANU returned home to Bromley yesterday after her remarkable run to the US Open title, knowing she cannot afford to rest for long. There is still some life left in the tennis season and the 18-year-old said: ‘I have a few days of rest and recovery but then I am straight back to training. I’m hungry to get better and come back out.’ Raducanu’s next tournament is likely to be the prestigious BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, California, next month.
