FROM Damien Chazelle, the director of Whiplash and La La Land, this drama stars Ryan Gosling (pictured) as Neil Armstrong, and is based on a 2005 biography of the astronaut. It’s a film that is as much about Armstrong’s inner journey as his actual 1969 trip to the moon.
