Humble Hart’s title vow

- MARK WILSON

JOE HART now expects ‘humble’ Celtic to quickly refocus on their league title bid. Ange Postecoglou’s side saw hopes of the Treble disappear in a 2-1 cup semi-final defeat to Rangers, which also ended a 33-game domestic unbeaten run. Goalkeeper Hart knows they cannot allow the hurt to linger as they seek to win the Premiership. Celtic hold a six-point lead over Rangers with five games to play — plus a superior goal difference — and will look to get back on track at Ross County on Sunday. ‘We’re humble in victory and we will be humble in defeat,’ Hart told Celtic TV. ‘At the end of the day, we have stuff to play for, we’ve got supporters to show up for, we’ve got a club to represent and just because we have lost this game that won’t change. ‘There’s still plenty to play for. We put on a good show but not a great showing to win the game. ‘We still have stuff to fight for and we are looking forward to that fight.’
