FORMER Dundee United boss Ray McKinnon is in hospital recovering after suffering a heart attack. McKinnon (right), 51, who has also managed Brechin City, Raith Rovers, Morton, Falkirk and Queen’s Park, took ill last week.

SCOTT TANSER has extended his deal with St Mirren until the summer of 2024. The 27-year-old leftback has made 35 appearances this season for the Saints.

ARBROATH have secured the services of goalkeeper Derek Gaston for another two years. He kept 16 clean sheets for the Championship runners-up this season.
