■ A DIARY item on 18 August 2021 (‘That sounds fishy! Queen’s caviar is not quite what it says on the tin’) said that King’s Fine Food, a company owned by Laura King MBE, had mislabelled tins of caviar sold to Scott’s restaurant in London. We are happy to make clear that the mislabelling was simply a printing error and not a deliberate attempt to pass off an inferior product as a superior one. We apologise to Mrs King for any contrary suggestion and for any embarrassment caused.
