Today’s poem
UNVEILED I don’t know how
it happens, It’s way beyond my ken, This magic which, from
time to time, Transforms the ‘now’
to ‘then’. Like wavelets on an
ebbing tide The long years slip away, Changing harsh December Into sweetly scented May. Dear photographs, when
gazed upon, By loving, longing eyes, Reveal a truth which
lifts away The veils of time’s disguise. As all those gleams
of happiness Captured long ago Shine into the moment and Enfold us in their glow.
