Race hate shame of his Kiwi co-star
ONE of the New Zealand comedians who starred alongside Prince Harry in his video previously called Jewish people ‘expendable’.
Dave Fane, 56, also said HIV patients deserved to be roasted and that Hitler ‘had a right’.
At a comedy event in 2010, he said: ‘Would you roast an HIV person? You’d roast them because they’re expendable, like the Jews. Hitler had a right, you know.’
The racist and homophobic comments led to Fane being suspended by the radio station where he hosted a breakfast show.
He apologised to the New Zealand Aids Foundation and New Zealand Jewish Council, saying: ‘They were dumb words, said by a dumb man.’
