STACEY DOOLEY (pictured) returns for a new series of the BBC’s answer to ITV’s Long Lost Family, with cuttingedge DNA tests providing the genealogical answers. And as well as hearing heartwarming stories of lost family connections, we also learn the meaning of fancy jargon such as ‘centimorgan’ (a unit of measurement of genetic linkages). In Liverpool, Stacey meets Richard, who has searched for the identity of his father all his life. He’s got a big surprise in store. There’s also Janet, who thinks she might have a secret sister, and Glen, who learns the ethnicity of his father, whom he never knew.
