NETFLIX has a flair for digging out shocking subjects that transcend national boundaries. The latest is Donald Cline, an American fertility doctor who used his own samples to sire more than 50 children via unsuspecting mothers. When DNA testing came along, they started to connect, and watching the story unfolding here is the TV equivalent of choking on your cornflakes over the newspaper front page.
