Ferrygate insult

JUST when you think Ferrygate could not get any worse for Nicola Sturgeon, up pops one of her Westminster troops to stir the pot.

MP Stewart Hosie denied that a probable overspend of £150million is a waste of money – while a five-year delay is just a ‘little late’.

Clearly he has a very insulting view of the intelligence of Scots.

But perhaps we should thank him for reminding us how far removed the SNP is from the reality of day-today life in a Scotland under the control of a dysfunctional administration kept afloat by an army of spin doctors, obfuscation and secrecy. GRAHAM WYLLIE, airdrie, lanarkshire.
