FORGET the action inside the courtroom in the Rooney-Vardy libel trial. For me, it’s all about the fashion on the way in – from Rebekah Vardy’s Duchess of Cambridgeesque midi dresses to Coleen Rooney’s girlish, high street style, left. However, Rooney has one particular accessory that no fashionista could have predicted: an orthopaedic boot. Why is she wearing it? Apparently a broken bone in her foot is to blame. Ouch. Still, if anyone can make such a stumpy article seem chic, it’s a Wag on a mission. Expect to see them selling out in high street stores by the summer.
