MIKE NICHOLS’S seminal drama stars Dustin Hoffman as Benjamin Braddock, who finishes college and gets himself in a flap over Mrs Robinson (Anne Bancroft, pictured), the seductive older friend of his parents. As if matters weren’t complicated enough, he also falls for her daughter (Katharine Ross). Simon and Garfunkel provide the memorable soundtrack.
