Herd the one about stalking a milkman?

MY aUNt lived on the Wirral peninsula in a new housing estate in the early 1960s. the milkman would make his deliveries at around 4am every day. Early one particular morning, the milkman was conscious of someone behind him as he went from house to house. turning round, he was surprised to see a couple of cows following him.
