Out Of The Mouths Of Babes

MY SIX-YEAR-OLD granddaughter, Belle, spent the day with a school friend. Her friend’s mother asked if she’d like a butty for lunch. Belle was puzzled as she had never heard a sandwich called a butty before. Her confusion clearly showed because she was asked if she knew what it was. Belle thought about it for a while before replying: ‘Well, is it something i sit on?’ she went on to enjoy her sandwich!
