TV debut for Emma’s mini-me
WITH her sweet smile and cropped dark hair, Dame Emma Thompson’s daughter looks every inch the mini-me.
And the resemblance clearly doesn’t end there – as Gaia Wise followed in her mother’s footsteps to make her TV debut this week. The 22-year-old, whose father is actor Greg Wise, is starring in the latest series of BBC drama Silent Witness.
She plays university student Jo Reynolds whose mother, the controversial health secretary, is assassinated – sparking the interest of forensic pathologists.
Miss Wise, who has appeared in small roles in films such as 2015’s A Walk To Remember, makes her TV debut nearly 40 years after Dame Emma appeared in ITV comedy show Alfresco.
