Naive deluded Nicola’s in tune with Lady Gaga

-

I’VE LIVED in Scotland all my life and am proud of my country and Great Britain. But for the last 15 years, from the dictatorial Alex Salmond era to the arrogance of Nicola Sturgeon, I wake up every day worrying about the future of my country and our people.

It seems that under Sturgeon, this shameful SNP government is cradling the woke generation as somehow being the next offspring of deluded Nationalist followers.

I could bang on about Sturgeon’s handling of poverty, our dire life expectancy, desperate education system, the decline in childcare and healthcare, never mind the horrendous drug deaths.

This all sounds gloomy, and it is, but is there any light at the end of the proverbial tunnel? Well, certainly not soon, after Sturgeon declared a new independence campaign next year ‘with or without’ the Section 30 order. How much is that going to cost us?

I would just inform our First Minister that new data from YouGov last week shows that the majority of us Scots still want to remain part of the UK – in fact, the vote would go exactly the same way as in 2014 if a Scottish independence referendum were held today, with 55 per cent voting against and 45 per cent in favour.

So there you have it, Miss Sturgeon. In fact, you remind me of that recent quote by Lady Gaga: ‘It was my delusion and naivety that brought me here.’
