COVER PRICE INCREASE
Owing to significant rises in paper and other costs, from this week the cover price of your Scottish Daily Mail has increased by 10p to 90p. From next weekend the price of the Scottish Saturday Mail will also increase by 10p to £1.30. The Scottish Mail on Sunday cover price is not changing.
This is the first price increase of the Daily Mail in almost 18 months during which time the prices of all our competitors have increased far more. Even at 90p the Scottish Daily Mail remains fantastic value and costs significantly less than the majority of rival papers.
Despite a challenging market for newspapers, the Mail continues to invest in quality journalism, with unbeatable news, features and sports coverage, unmissable columnists and TV listings and daily puzzles that our readers love.
Plus our record-breaking MailForce Ukraine appeal, which has already raised more than £12million. All of this thanks to you, our kind-hearted army of loyal readers, has helped make the Daily Mail Britain’s favourite newspaper.
