EDEN MILL GIN CURED SALMON Spring is in the air, which surely calls for a venture along the coast – and discovering the freshest, most divine seafood available completes the experience. Scott Davies, Head Chef at The Adamson in St Andrews, designs innovative menus with his experienced team that incorporate locally-sourced produce, and this beautifully light dish is no exception.
