A’ANSIDE STUDIOS Established in 1996 as a small gallery and stained glass workshop, A’anside Studios soon outgrew its premises, leading Barry and Jacqui Horning to supervise the building of the first purpose built gallery for what would soon be designated The Cairngorms National Park in 2001. The gallery focuses on artists from Scotland, particularly those living and working in the area. Work on show includes original oils, acrylics and watercolours, landscape and wildlife photographs, carvings and ceramics. The studio houses Jacqui’s stained glass workshop where she crafts panels for sale in the shop and on commission. The shop also features an extensive area specialising in Scottish gifts and a small delicatessen with top quality local and world foods.
