Sav­ills’ latest re­search sug­gests that Scot­tish main­stream val­ues are set to rise by 17.5% in Scot­land within the next five years, com­pared to a rise of 19.5% across the UK as a whole. Val­ues in the prime mar­ket in Scot­land are also set to rise by 17.5% over the next five years, com­pared to around 24% for the UK as a whole.
