Rocks and roll

An exhibition of large-scale watercolours by Jill McManners reflecting her countless visits to the Hebrides and Shiant Isles will be on show at the Fine Art Society in Edinburgh from 15 April – 7 May. The works, displayed as part of Basalt, are inspired by the rocks formed by volcanic action sixty million years ago and the origins of the world. www.fasedinburgh.com
