A new range of handmade chocolates designed to accompany some of Scotland’s best-known whiskies and Laurent Perrier’s range of champagnes has been designed by Iain Burnett The Highland Chocolatier. The sweet treats have been launched in time for Valentine’s Day and include a white lime and chilli velvet truffle to accompany Laurent Perrier’s Demi-Sec, an Espresso Truffle to match Caol Ila 12, a Cinnamon Praline to pair with Glenfiddich’s 18 and a Lemongrass Praline as the partner of the Glenkinchie 12. www.highlandchocolatier.com
