Ed­in­burgh Gin has launched a ‘taste of Scot­tish sea­side’ in time for sum­mer 2016. Dis­tilled with for­aged sea­weed, scurvy grass and ground ivy from Scot­tish land and sea, the unique gin boasts a sweet yet re­fresh­ing salin­ity.
