Discover the stars above in this hilltop observator­y on the edge of the Galloway Forest Dark Sky Park. The observator­y specialise­s in night sky viewings, which allow you to gaze into space and see it in a whole new way.

THE DICK INSTITUTE

This Kilmarnock landmark boasts the largest museum in Ayrshire and is one of the most important cultural venues in Scotland. It hosts permanent displays and visiting exhibition­s, and regularly showcases local talent.

OCEAN BREEZE RIB TOURS

An exhilarati­ng boat tour around the waters of the Firth of Clyde. With stunning wildlife on show including seals, whales, otters, dolphins and porpoises, the tour takes you past Pladda and the phenomenal Ailsa Craig.
