-

Crown Traditional Craftsmen offer a comprehensive, high quality service on the repair, restoration and conservation of historic and/ or traditionally built properties and bespoke new build projects. CTC is a multi-trade company, employing both young and experienced tradesmen and management expertise in all aspects of carpentry, joinery, stonemasonry, builder’s work, interior and exterior finishing trades and services installations.

CTC has amassed many years of experience on such works for a wide and varied client base, in both the public and private sectors of the industry, the length and breadth of Scotland and into northern England. They pride themselves in providing first class workmanship at fair and reasonable rates of return, with both small and larger projects receiving the same level of service. They are always happy to offer advice at an early stage of new build projects and on the scheduling of repair and maintenance strategies of existing properties and structures.

CTC has particular expertise in the regeneration of older properties, combining new technology and modern methods with traditional practices in what has become a niche market. Their hands-on approach to problem resolution and close working relationships with clients and design teams alike has enabled CTC to form successful partnerships with architects, project managers and other service providers, from inception to hand-over of finished projects and their continued maintenance. One such partnership, with ARC Project Management, has led to repeat business for both parties, with a number of delighted and satisfied clients, and prestigious awards for their endeavours.

CTC continue to enhance their skills and expertise via strategic growth and through continuous professional development and training of operatives and staff, both site based and at head office.

As well as enjoying a challenge, above all else CTC want to ensure a successful outcome to their projects for all parties concerned.
