Tea time at Gle­nea­gles

A series of af­ter­noon teas will take place at Gle­nea­gles un­til Novem­ber. The ho­tel’s Miche­lin-starred chef An­drew Fair­lie has opened the doors to his se­cret gar­den for the first in the series, ‘Flavours of the Se­cret Gar­den Af­ter­noon Tea’, on of­fer from 20 Au­gust. Provençal amuse bouches and sum­mer flavours, such as cu­cum­ber, straw­berry, gera­nium and rasp­berry, are used in the menu. Tom Kitchin and Lady Claire Mac­don­ald have also cre­ated per­sonal af­ter­noon teas draw­ing on their Scot­tish roots and cham­pi­oning lo­cal pro­duce.
