A meal with a view

The first restaurant on Edinburgh’s Calton Hill will open on 24 November. The Lookout by Gardener’s Cottage is partially suspended over the north west slope and will be open five days a week. The project was a partnership between Gardener’s Cottage and Collective, the organisation behind the City Observatory’s redevelopment. Diners can enjoy meals that are centred around seasonal and a la carte menus – as well as the floor to ceiling views of the capital.
