The comeback kid

To mark the Great British Cheese Day on 21 October and their road to recovery, South Lanarkshire-based cheese producer Errington Cheese opened its farm to the public for the first time. After winning a lengthy legal battle against South Lanarkshire Council, the company have increased their output and are working towards remploying staff while delivering high-quality artisan cheese. Members of the public took part in tours around the farm, saw the production process and tasted samples.
